- •Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams in building world-class cybersecurity products.
- •This role involves managing engineers and managers, driving end-to-end delivery, and shaping the future of Zero Trust Segmentation.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage high-performing teams of 9+ engineers and own end-to-end delivery.
- •Drive design, development, implementation, and documentation of engineering solutions.
- •Establish best engineering practices and operational excellence.
- •Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda and deliver products.
- •Participate in hiring and build high-performing agile teams.
- •Requirements 6+ years' experience in building products with a focus on cloud-based high-performance systems. 7+ years' experience in leading and managing high-performance teams.
- •Extensive experience building distributed systems and cloud services using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Golang, Python.
- •Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- •Strong experience in running cloud-distributed systems in production for at least 2-3 years.
