- •Hyperexponential is seeking a Post-Sales Solutions Architect to embed their AI-powered insurance platform into customer ecosystems.
- •This role involves designing and delivering technical integrations, driving customer adoption, and building trusted relationships.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical relationship with strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- •Design and deliver integrations between hx and customer technologies (policy administration systems, data warehouses, etc.).
- •Drive customer adoption and platform usage by developing value realization plans.
- •Build AI-first consulting and delivery artefacts to improve team efficiency.
- •Support project margin outcomes by managing scope and coordinating with teams.
- •Requirements Proficiency in Python coding.
- •Experience supporting SaaS platform integrations and AWS architecture.
- •Ability to build and maintain positive technical relationships with stakeholders.
- •Experience communicating technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
- •Experience in a post-sale or customer-facing technical role.
