- •Hyperexponential is building an AI-powered platform for the insurance industry, enabling critical decisions in a $7 trillion market.
- •This role focuses on designing intuitive and accessible product experiences across the hx platform, with a specific emphasis on evolving the model developer experience from 0 to 1.
- •Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, accessible product experiences, translating complex problems into clear, usable solutions.
- •Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to support discovery, ideation, and delivery.
- •Contribute components and patterns to the design language system, Xpression.
- •Maintain a high bar for design craft through thoughtful interaction design and visual clarity.
- •Use AI tools within your workflow to support research synthesis, exploration, and prototyping.
- •Requirements Experience designing end-to-end product experiences grounded in user needs.
- •Hands-on experience working within a design system.
- •Strong foundation in design craft, with attention to usability and accessibility.
- •Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in a cross-functional team.
- •Demonstrable use of AI-enabled tools in your design workflow.
