About the role
TL;DR
Lead UX/UI design for cybersecurity platform and AI products.
- •HUMAN Security is seeking a strategic Head of UX to define and drive the user experience for their Agentic AI products and the Sightline Cyber Defense platform.
- •This role will shape how consumers are authenticated and how internal teams gain AI-based insights.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the UX strategy and design for HUMAN’s Sightline Cyber Defense platform and emerging Agentic AI products.
- •Conduct user research and transform user telemetry into insights.
- •Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- •Design intuitive authentication and challenge experiences.
- •Create sophisticated data visualization and dashboard experiences.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design in enterprise software.
- •A strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating intuitive interfaces for data-heavy platforms, sophisticated dashboards, and complex user journeys.
- •Deep expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- •Experience with Agentic AI and modern technologies.
- •Ability to translate complex technical concepts into seamless user experiences.
