About the role
TL;DR
Manage daily employee experience and scale People Operations globally using AI and automation.
- •As Workforce Experience Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day employee experience at Hopper's Montreal headquarters while helping scale People Operations globally through better systems, data, and automation.
- •It's a chance to build workforce infrastructure for a global AI-powered company from the ground up.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and offboarding in partnership with IT, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers.
- •Manage employee recognition programs and plan engagement activities, social events, and workplace experiences.
- •Produce recurring People Operations reporting and build dashboards that turn employee feedback and operational data into actionable trends.
- •Identify and implement opportunities to automate People Operations work using AI and other tools.
- •Serve as the primary People Operations point of contact for Montreal-based employees and local vendors.
- •Requirements Native or near-native fluency in Québécois French and professional fluency in English. 3-5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or Workplace Operations.
- •An analytical mindset, using data to shape decisions.
- •Genuine curiosity about AI and interest in applying AI tools to simplify work.
- •Strong relationship-building skills across departments.
