About the role
TL;DR
Ensure the Scottsdale office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the smooth daily operation of the office.
- •Oversee employee in-office experience, conference room, kitchen supplies, and mail management.
- •Plan and host in-office, annual company retreat, and virtual company-wide events.
- •Manage and reconcile spreadsheets related to budgets, facilities, swag inventory, employee perks, and daily Slack posts.
- •Requirements Previous experience in workplace operations, office management, hospitality, employee experience, or event coordination.
- •Proficiency in using software such as Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace.
- •Strong attention to detail.
- •Ability to work full-time with the possibility of occasional adjustments based on office needs.
