Manage end-to-end onboarding for SMB clients to ensure successful implementation and long-term retention.
- •We're looking for an Implementation Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer relationships.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new clients: scoping, configuration, data migration, training, and go-live.
- •Understand each client's current processes (accounting, invoicing, inventory, HR, CRM) and map them to Holded's feature set.
- •Act as the primary technical contact during implementation, coordinating with the product and support teams when needed.
- •Identify risks and blockers early, managing project timelines across multiple simultaneous accounts.
- •Conduct remote training sessions and produce documentation (guides, videos, help articles) adapted to each client profile.
