- •Senior Staff Data Engineer responsible for setting technical vision and architecture for Hinge Health's Data & ML Platform, enabling analytics and ML across the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Define long-term architecture for streaming, batch, data models, and serving layers.
- •Design infrastructure connecting data platform to ML workloads (feature pipelines, serving, feature stores).
- •Drive cross-organizational initiatives and data contracts across teams.
- •Improve platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in CS/Engineering or related field. 10+ years hands-on data engineering, with platform/infrastructure experience.
- •Experience with batch and streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark).
- •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL and distributed data processing.
