Lead analytics development and operations for manufacturing quality at a new hyperscale facility.
- •Anduril Industries is seeking an Analytics Lead to support its manufacturing quality organization at its new Arsenal-1 facility in Ashville, Ohio.
- •This role will focus on building and operating data analytics solutions to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and operate production dashboards, pipelines, and quality metrics for the Arsenal-1 site.
- •Investigate and resolve data quality issues, tracing problems through the stack.
- •Drive technical improvements by implementing data-quality checks and automated monitoring.
- •Lead data projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
- •Use AI tools to accelerate work such as drafting pipelines, writing tests, and generating dashboards.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). 4+ years in a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or hardware product engineering environment.
- •Strong SQL and Python skills for data transformation and analysis.
- •Production experience with platforms like Palantir Foundry or Databricks.
- •Experience with root-cause analysis on complex data issues.
