Lead security engineer for secure, compliant engineering at scale.
- •Lead security engineer responsible for building security guardrails, tooling, and standards across AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-enabled developer workflows to enable secure, compliant engineering at scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement cloud security and identity/access controls across AWS and CI/CD.
- •Build security tooling and guardrails for AI-assisted development and model pipelines.
- •Partner with AppSec, SRE, and R&D to enforce security-by-design principles.
- •Mentor engineers and drive measurable security outcomes and standards.
- •Requirements 7+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in security operations or IAM. 5+ years of AWS cloud security experience. 3+ years coding experience (Python, Go, or TypeScript) and Terraform/IaC experience.
- •Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems and data/model pipelines.
