- •Hinge Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to build a brand new product line from scratch, defining a comprehensive end-to-end experience for a new health condition.
- •This role involves blending licensed care providers with AI solutions and medical-grade hardware to improve user health.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and lead a team of 5 engineers across mobile and backend services.
- •Define and build a new vertical/product line from scratch.
- •Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to align on strategy and roadmap.
- •Launch a minimum loveable product (MLP) and establish rigorous A/B experimentation.
- •Establish engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and performance.
- •Requirements Proven track record of building new products from scratch.
- •Hands-on engineering leader comfortable with modern stacks (e.g., React Native, Go, JS).
- •Experience running a dense A/B experimentation roadmap. 3+ years of experience managing a team of ~5+ engineers.
- •Expertise using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
