About the role
TL;DR
Lead and develop a high-performing AI-native engineering team to drive technical outcomes.
- •Lead a team of engineers at the frontier of AI-native development, shaping how AI agents are built, orchestrated, and operated on Relevance AI's Enterprise platform.
- •You will drive strong technical outcomes and deliver ambitious roadmap goals in a fast-moving environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 4-8 AI-native engineers, fostering clarity, performance, and execution.
- •Elevate product thinking within your team to focus on customer outcomes.
- •Set the standard for AI-native engineering practices, coaching engineers on agentic workflows.
- •Contribute meaningfully to the codebase, participate in design reviews, and ship features.
- •Requirements Hands-on experience with AI-native building, including coding agents and using AI daily for development.
- •Strong product thinking and judgment, reasoning from customer outcomes.
- •Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams of 4-8 engineers.
- •Technical credibility in backend, APIs, and distributed systems, with hands-on coding experience.
