Supervise quality control operations in a compounding pharmacy, ensuring product safety and compliance.
- •Hims & Hers is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Quality Control Supervisor to join their Quality team at a large-scale, non-sterile compounding pharmacy.
- •Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, this role is vital in ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute in-process and final product inspections.
- •Ensure raw material and product compliance through quality checks.
- •Support investigations for non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints.
- •Conduct and document equipment verifications and assist in calibration schedules.
- •Train, coach, and mentor team members on quality control procedures.
- •Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a non-sterile compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- •Strong understanding of USP standards and cGMP practices.
- •Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- •Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain one within six months.
