- •Apply qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method research approaches to generate actionable insights.
- •Advise clients by combining technical expertise, business judgment, and understanding of utility programs.
- •Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- •Mentor and develop team members in research methods and consulting skills.
- •Requirements Strong foundation in applied research, program evaluation, customer research, or UX research.
- •Ability to design rigorous research approaches and communicate their value.
- •Strong client presence, sound judgment, and clear communication skills.
- •Experience managing client relationships, projects, budgets, and teams.
- •Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
