About the role
TL;DR
Director, Category Management to own P&L levers for Hims categories.
- •We’re looking for a Director, Category Management to own the initiatives that decide whether a Hims category wins
- •the biggest levers on the P&L across acquisition, retention, and new-treatment launches.
- •You’ll be the strategic lead on these end-to-end, with growth and ops partners behind you and a clear runway to grow into a GM running your own category.
- •Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of initiatives that move the P&L most, from strategy through execution.
- •Drive growth and retention by shaping product roadmaps and building pricing/bundling strategies.
- •Own the treatment development roadmap and launch new treatments safely and fast.
- •Lead cross-functional execution, aligning clinical, regulatory, product, growth, and operations.
- •Own the scorecard for initiatives, setting KPIs and reporting performance.
- •Requirements 7+ years in category management, strategy & operations, or general management.
- •Track record of owning high-stakes initiatives or a P&L and driving measurable outcomes.
- •Demonstrated success launching and scaling new products or programs.
- •Experience managing a portfolio and roadmap, prioritizing across competing bets.
- •Sharp analytical and financial fluency.
