TL;DR
Design intuitive interfaces for complex financial workflows.
- •Design end-to-end product experiences for financial workflows such as payments, financial workflows and controls.
- •Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end product experiences for financial workflows such as payments, financial workflows and controls Translate complex financial concepts and customer needs into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy interfaces Work closely with product and engineers to scope, iterate, and ship quickly Collaborate with customers as needed to validate assumptions and refine designs Contribute to shared design principles and patterns across the product Requirements 4+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally on fintech, financial tools, or SMB products with a product-led growth approach Comfort designing workflow-driven products; understanding (or interest in learning) of basic financial concepts as applied to SMB businesses High craft and strong UX rigor with a thoughtful focus on hierarchy, interaction, and polish that turns complexity into intuitive experiences Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs between clarity, usability, and scope in complex systems
