Manage programme tasks within the Land domain, build customer relationships, and ensure project delivery.
- •As Associate Programme Manager for Helsing's Land domain, you will own broadly defined tasks within a programme, managing your workstream to completion with a high degree of independence.
- •You will build initial working-level relationships with customers and develop an internal network to draw on the right capabilities when needed.
- •Key Responsibilities Take ownership of a defined set of programme tasks within the Land domain, managing your workstream from planning through to delivery.
- •Build and maintain working-level relationships with customers, supporting stakeholder interactions and ensuring actions from meetings are tracked.
- •Develop and maintain programme tracking tools and risk registers, providing clear and timely status updates.
- •Support cross-functional coordination across internal teams, ensuring the right capabilities are available and dependencies are identified and resolved proactively.
- •Requirements Experience supporting or coordinating delivery workstreams within a defence, aerospace, automotive, or engineering environment.
- •Ability to build and maintain project tracking tools or risk registers and produce clear, accurate status reports.
- •Proficiency in applying structured, best-in-class project management approaches.
- •Full fluency in English and German (C1), written and spoken, with comfort navigating defence and procurement terminology.
- •Willingness to travel regularly and ability to meet national security clearance requirements.
