About the role
TL;DR
Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
- •As a Supervisor (m/f/d/x) at Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, you will be the operational link between Associates and the Area Manager.
- •You will support shift management in coordinating daily logistics, fulfillment, or production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the Area Manager in implementing the daily logistics plan.
- •Ensure smooth information flow between Associates, other Supervisors, and management.
- •Review and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- •Assist with task distribution to Associates, ensuring everyone knows what to do, when, and how.
- •Act as a trainer and mentor for new Associates, helping them understand processes, safety rules, and performance requirements.
- •Requirements First professional experience in logistics, fulfillment, production, or a comparable operational environment.
- •Understanding of logistics or production processes.
- •Good German language skills (written and spoken), English skills are a plus.
- •Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and exemplary in interaction.
- •High sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and order in the workplace.
