- •As a Shift Manager for Warehouse Operations, you ensure the smooth running of daily warehouse operations and reliable achievement of company goals.
- •You maintain an overview of all processes, resources, and priorities, ensuring your team implements processes in a structured, efficient, and productive manner.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and coach temporary staff, including scheduling and task allocation to achieve shift KPIs.
- •Ensure smooth warehouse operations and optimize resource utilization to meet production targets.
- •Continuously analyze and improve operational processes and related metrics to increase efficiency and productivity.
- •Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- •Conduct audits to ensure food safety and occupational health and safety standards.
- •Requirements Completed vocational training or degree in logistics or a related field.
- •Experience in logistics, distribution centers, or production with a solid understanding of warehouse or production processes.
- •Proficiency in using software and system solutions.
- •Experience in advanced data analysis with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, or Tableau.
