About the role
TL;DR
Lead photographer setting quality standards and mentoring the team for diverse commercial productions.
- •Lead photographer in the HelloFresh Studio, responsible for setting the benchmark for photographic quality and driving production excellence across food, product, lifestyle, and marketing content.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead by example to raise photographic quality and execution standards.
- •Coach, mentor, and support photographers to elevate team capabilities.
- •Define and improve photographic standards, shooting guidelines, and best practices.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong visual execution.
- •Support AI initiatives and integrate AI-supported content creation workflows.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in commercial photography, including food, lifestyle, and product.
- •Exceptional photography craft, technical excellence, and visual storytelling expertise.
- •Expert knowledge of Capture One and strong understanding of color grading and image editing.
- •Experience in fast-paced production environments and collaborating across disciplines.
- •Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into practical photographic approaches.
