- •Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear experience direction.
- •Partner with product and engineering leaders to define product vision and align teams.
- •Influence leadership decisions through customer empathy, data synthesis, and design rationale.
- •Drive design quality reviews and set standards for usability, accessibility, and consistency.
- •Requirements 7+ years of relevant product design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.
- •Experience designing complex digital products, ideally SaaS, B2B, or platform experiences.
- •An exceptionally strong portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, customer empathy, and craft.
- •Proven experience leading data-informed product design across the full lifecycle.
- •Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with deep care for hierarchy, layout, typography, and usability.
