Lead maintenance and facility operations to ensure equipment reliability and operational excellence in a production environment.
- •As the Facility & Maintenance Manager in Moss, you will lead all maintenance and facility operations to ensure business continuity and asset reliability.
- •You will drive safety, quality, and cost performance while managing technical teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the maintenance organization to ensure high equipment reliability and operational continuity.
- •Own the maintenance budget, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Define preventive maintenance strategies and manage technical projects like new system installations.
- •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HACCP requirements, and internal quality standards.
- •Requirements Solid experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical facility management within production or FMCG.
- •Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and developing people.
- •Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and technical project management.
- •Experience managing budgets, cost centers, and supplier contracts.
