Develop and manage the supply chain strategy for Hellbender Inc.
- •As the Supply Chain Manager at Hellbender, you will be responsible for developing and managing the supply chain operations from end to end.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the supply chain strategy across the organization Manage the relationship with suppliers: coordinate to confirm delivery schedules, negotiate contracts and pricing, and secure backup suppliers as needed Identify and monitor KPIs across the supply chain process to record and improve overall departmental effectiveness Manage lead times and inventory levels to ensure a steady flow of parts, components and materials for production Collaborate with other departments to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry 3+ years of experience in an electromechanical product manufacturing environment utilizing high volume production processes such as SMT and PCB assembly highly preferred Fluent in computer applications and relevant software including MS Office, ERP etc.
- •Experience as both a project leader and individual contributor
- •ability to influence others while independently owning many aspects of a project Expert in negotiation tactics with previous experience negotiating contracts with vendors
