TL;DR
Lead technical implementation for enterprise healthcare clients, building teams and processes for successful deployments.
- •Heidi is seeking a Head of Implementation to build and lead the post-sales technical delivery of signed contracts, ensuring smooth and stable deployments for enterprise clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full technical deployment lifecycle from scope confirmation to handover to Customer Success.
- •Build and scale the implementation methodology, team, governance, and metrics.
- •Manage a central portfolio of enterprise deployments, including staffing, capacity planning, and trade-offs.
- •Define and manage technical readiness processes, including SSO and integration requirements.
- •Requirements Significant experience building or leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software.
- •Proven ability to manage multi-site deployments involving clinicians, IT, security, and executive sponsors.
- •Fluency with enterprise health IT, including SSO, identity management, and EHR integration patterns.
- •Executive credibility with healthcare leaders.
