- •Heartflow is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the integration of their cutting-edge medical technology into customer accounts.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by resolving technical issues and driving successful adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation process for integrating Heartflow's technology into new customer accounts.
- •Manage implementation projects for new products or features.
- •Provide end-user and commercial team training on Heartflow products.
- •Document and track customer feedback, training, complaints, and resolutions.
- •Effectively lead customer teams and ensure adherence to project plans.
- •Requirements BS, MS, or other relevant education in engineering or sciences. 3+ years of experience in a technical or clinical field with advanced degree, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
- •Project/program management experience required.
- •Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems required.
- •Knowledge of hospital operations and implementation of new technologies.
