- •Lead implementation and live operations teams, unifying procedures and quality standards.
- •Develop scalable staffing models and oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
- •Own the operations budget and manage inventory, equipment rotation, and spare-parts strategies.
- •Requirements 7-10+ years of experience managing large-scale operations or service delivery in sports technology, broadcast, or mission-critical environments.
- •Proven ability to lead distributed teams, build SOPs, and manage complex scheduling.
- •Strong financial management skills and experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
