- •Build and run the operating system behind a post-sales team at Hawk AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the weekly, monthly and quarterly operating cadence of the Customer team.
- •Own customer health, adoption, utilisation, retention and delivery metrics end to end.
- •Find the story in the data and spot the account drifting towards risk.
- •Own professional services economics across the delivery portfolio.
- •Administer and continually improve the operational toolchain.
- •Requirements Typically seven or more years in professional services operations or revenue operations.
- •A builder’s track record in scaling, high-growth businesses.
- •Expert-level data analysis and hands-on AI capability.
- •Operational tooling expertise with Planhat or comparable platforms.
- •An executive communicator with the right instincts for the job.
