- •Provide technical support for hardware, peripherals, and software.
- •Configure, patch, and harden company computers using endpoint management tools.
- •Respond to service requests and incidents, meeting SLAs.
- •Develop and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- •Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. 3-4 years of experience in a technical support role.
- •Experience with Atlassian products.
- •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
- •Excellent customer service and communication skills.
