- •Handshake is hiring a GTM Operations Manager to support the Education side of the business.
- •In this role, you will partner with various teams to accelerate growth, improve retention, and drive productivity.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support retention and growth goals Serve as a primary business partner for cross-functional teams Own and improve the quality of data across Salesforce and other GTM systems Act as a key Salesforce business owner for the EDU GTM organization Lead continuous improvement efforts across existing workflows Requirements Strong project management and analytical skills Hands-on experience supporting Sales and Customer Success processes Experience with Salesforce administration and systems troubleshooting Ability to translate business requirements into system changes Strong eye for detail and systems-oriented mindset
