- •This role offers an opportunity to leverage payroll expertise to enhance customer experience by resolving tax notices and delivering exceptional support.
- •You will act as a detective and problem-solver, investigating payroll discrepancies, researching tax laws, and identifying root causes of notices.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to customers via email and phone.
- •Research and resolve payroll tax notices with guidance.
- •Communicate with government agencies to represent Gusto and advocate for customers.
- •Manage time effectively to meet set goals and handle a queue of tax notices daily.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback on tools.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of payroll experience; notice resolution experience is a plus.
- •Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- •AI Fluency: Capable of using current AI tools and shaping new AI tool functionality.
- •Capability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
