TL;DR
Analyzes billing receivables and reimbursement issues for optimal revenue cycle performance.
- •This position is responsible for analytical support related to billing receivables and reimbursement issues, working cross-functionally to ensure accurate billing and optimal revenue cycle performance.
- •This role assists in compiling and analyzing datasets to inform key business decisions and facilitate visibility into our revenue cycle and performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Compile Recurring and Ad-Hoc reporting for stakeholders across data sets and reporting environments.
- •Assist in validating and reconciling data across systems and vendors to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- •Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information that could delay claim submission or reimbursement.
- •Track and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle performance, billing accuracy, and to enhance revenue recognition.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheet and at least one of the following: BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Power BI to create and schedule reporting solutions. 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or data analysis preferred.
