About the role
TL;DR
Lead corporate accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls for USPack.
- •USPack is seeking a Director, Corporate Accounting and Controller to lead its accounting operations.
- •This role will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting governance.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial statement preparation.
- •Design, implement, and monitor a scalable internal control environment.
- •Oversee external financial statement audits and coordinate tax compliance.
- •Partner with Financial Operations leadership to establish accounting policies and controls.
- •Lead the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP platform.
- •Requirements Deep knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting.
- •Proven ability to lead external audits and manage professional relationships.
- •Strong internal control judgment and experience in process design and remediation.
- •Demonstrated experience leading or playing a significant leadership role in an ERP selection and implementation is strongly preferred.
- •Strong communication and executive presence.
