- •Proven experience underwriting and signing large-ticket commercial credits ($1M+).
- •Genuine leasing background with expertise in lease structures, residuals, and lessor economics.
- •Syndication experience (buying or selling paper, participations, or forward-flow).
- •Ability to underwrite credit on imperfect or unaudited financial files.
