- •Key Responsibilities Place purchase orders with national and international suppliers.
- •Maintain the inventory management system (ERP).
- •Confirm delivery dates and lead times to internal clients.
- •Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve logistical issues.
- •Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- •Requirements DEC in operations management, logistics, administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- •Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
- •Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.
