- •Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates to join their operations team.
- •Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are crucial to Gopuff's success, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm.
- •Key Responsibilities Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers Receive product from vendors, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies Manage inventory, including re-shelving canceled orders Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Ensure compliance with FIFO for waste and spoilage management Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items Requirements Must be 18 years or older Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments is preferred Availability during peak hours (5pm
- •2am) General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications Ability to lift up to 20lbs repetitively
