Manage corporate actions and support pricing for GMO's investment funds and accounts.
- •The Pricing and Corporate Actions Analyst will manage the lifecycle of corporate actions for GMO's funds and accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- •This role also supports pricing functions, providing valuations across various securities.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage all corporate actions activity for all accounts/funds.
- •Notify Portfolio Managers/Trading groups of pertinent corporate action activity.
- •Respond to custodians on behalf of all funds for voluntary corporate actions.
- •Ensure securities involved in corporate actions are valued correctly.
- •Provide observations and recommendations to Portfolio Managers and Trading groups.
- •Requirements Relevant college degree or commensurate industry experience. 2-4 years of direct Corporate Actions experience.
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- •Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
- •Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
