TL;DR
Build the recruiting engine for a hypergrowth company by designing and implementing hiring automations and data pipelines.
- •Glide is seeking its first Talent Engineer to build the recruiting engine that will double the team to over 100 people.
- •This role is a hybrid of recruiter and engineer, focusing on designing and implementing software, automations, and data pipelines for hiring.
- •Key Responsibilities Build systems to leverage networks and referrals for hiring at scale.
- •Automate sourcing and outreach processes using various tools and custom scripts.
- •Design and implement AI-assisted screening for candidate evaluation.
- •Integrate and optimize the Ashby ATS for seamless workflow automation.
- •Instrument the hiring funnel to track key metrics and build real-time dashboards.
- •Requirements Proven ability to build and integrate systems, with a preference for lean, controllable solutions.
- •Strong interpersonal skills and an energetic, magnetic personality.
- •Comfort with AI and automation, reaching for scripts before manual labor.
- •A relentless, ownership-driven mindset for building from zero in a hypergrowth environment.
