Manage and execute VIP events to drive enterprise pipeline growth and build relationships.
- •GitGuardian is seeking a dedicated VIP Events Program Manager to own and execute experiences that drive enterprise pipeline growth.
- •This role focuses on turning outreach into warm relationships and ultimately, closed revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and run GitGuardian's sales-led event program, including executive dinners and CISO roundtables.
- •Curate guest lists with precision to ensure the right attendees are present.
- •Create exclusive and memorable experiences that align with content and atmosphere.
- •Build and own relationships within the CISO and security community.
- •Coordinate logistics end-to-end for all events, from invitations to venue sourcing and run-of-show.
- •Requirements 4+ years in executive event management, field marketing, or a similar role.
- •Proven ability to create high-quality experiences for senior audiences.
- •A natural relationship builder with credibility and strong interpersonal skills.
- •Pipeline generation mindset and understanding of B2B demand generation.
- •Detail-obsessed and self-directed with experience managing complex logistics.
