- •Key Responsibilities Translate complex enterprise needs into evolving experiences Lead research with enterprise customers and drive product strategy Set and uphold quality standards collaboratively Mentor designers and participate in hiring Influence prioritization and present evidence for design decisions Requirements 8+ years of product design experience Strong skills across the product design spectrum Experience designing novel interaction experiences that scale Excellent collaboration and communication skills Optimism and positivity under pressure
