- •General Matter is seeking a Test Specialist to own complex testing operations, collaborating with engineers on instrumentation and data acquisition, and driving root cause investigations.

- •Key Responsibilities Work independently on projects of diverse or complex scope.
- •Set up and execute tests of varying complexity across development, qualification, and acceptance campaigns.
- •Own test assets including Data acquisition systems (DAQ) and test stands.
- •Perform root cause investigation to drive engineering issues to closure.
- •Author and update scripts (Python, LabVIEW, Twincat) to run tests and analyze results.
- •Requirements Evidence of exceptional ability (prior projects, portfolio of work, completed products, etc.).
- •Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- •Ability to perform trade studies and make clear recommendations using first principles and engineering fundamentals.
- •High school diploma or equivalency certificate. 5+ years experience in test setups or technician support roles for fast-paced technical environments.
