- •As a Management Measures Specialist, you will own the programs that ensure the reliability of a nuclear facility.
- •This role is critical for maintaining safe operations by managing configuration, maintenance, training, procedures, quality assurance, audits, corrective actions, and records.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement management measures programs under 10 CFR Part 70.
- •Establish and maintain configuration management to preserve the facility's design and safety basis.
- •Oversee maintenance, testing, and calibration programs for critical equipment.
- •Develop procedures, training, and qualification requirements.
- •Administer the quality assurance program and conduct audits.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, physical science, or related field.
- •Knowledge of management measure disciplines in a regulated environment.
- •Familiarity with 10 CFR Part 70 and Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA).
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
