- •Own the Retention stage of MoneyLion’s user journey, driving strategy and execution to foster durable, repeat customer relationships.
- •This senior individual-contributor role involves defining retention logic, partnering with cross-functional teams, and proving incremental impact on retention and LTV.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end retention strategy and KPIs (Retention Rate, repeat monetization, D30/Dn retention, churn).
- •Define retention/churn scoring, triggers, and intervention logic for AI decisioning.
- •Design and build reactivation, win-back, and engagement journeys in Iterable.
- •Design holdouts and measure incrementality to prove retention lift.
- •Shape loyalty and premium experiences in partnership with PMM and Product.
- •Requirements 7-10+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing for digital products or subscription businesses.
- •Proven track record owning retention strategy and shipping journeys in Iterable, Braze, or similar.
- •Advanced data literacy (survival/cohort analysis, incrementality, experimentation design).
- •Experience building triggered retention programs (onboarding, win-back, loyalty).
- •Comfort defining inputs to ML decisioning and interpreting model outputs.
