- •Garner is seeking a Senior Billing & A/R Analyst to own the company's monthly client invoicing and Accounts Receivable function end-to-end.
- •This high-volume, high-visibility role involves managing approximately 800 invoices per month, ensuring accuracy through robust controls and validation processes, and managing collections and cash application to support a timely month-end close.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the monthly invoicing process end to end, including managing tooling, building invoice batches, and distributing ~800 invoices per month.
- •Ensure complete and accurate invoicing through ownership of controls, validation, and review processes, investigating and resolving exceptions.
- •Manage Accounts Receivable and collections, including follow-up on overdue balances, ACH pulls, and timely cash application.
- •Leverage and continuously improve automation tools, including internal AI tools, for recurring tasks like self-bills and cash application.
- •Track and report on key performance metrics for Billing and A/R, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- •Requirements Experience owning Billing and Accounts Receivable processes, ideally in a high volume environment, with experience using QuickBooks Online, Netsuite or similar financial systems.
- •Strong understanding of A/R and collections, including DSO, aging, cash application, and collections performance drivers.
- •Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to identify variances and drive issues to resolution.
- •A continuous-improvement mindset with an interest in using automation and AI.
- •Meticulous attention to accuracy and controls, with a disciplined approach to validating work.
