TL;DR
Produce client-facing data analysis and reports, partnering with stakeholders and driving automation.
- •Garner is seeking an AI-Native Data Analyst I to join their Reporting team.
- •This role will produce insightful, high-quality analysis for clients on their healthcare use and engagement with the Garner product.
- •Key Responsibilities Own client-facing analysis end-to-end, from scoping to delivery.
- •Partner with stakeholders to answer questions via analytically robust reports and presentations.
- •Collaborate with data engineering to create scalable report automation.
- •Develop deep domain expertise to drive meaningful insights.
- •Identify and proactively develop new insights to fill reporting gaps.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or a similar data-centric role.
- •Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions.
- •Comfort working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
- •Bias toward automation and scalability.
- •Comfort with building analytics and dashboards using AI agents.
- •Hands-on experience with Snowflake and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred.
