TL;DR
Partner with the Capture Lead and Go-To-Market team to scale Gallatin's impact across the US Government.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Capture Lead and internal subject matter experts to assess Gallatin's alignment to solicitation requirements Develop and execute detailed proposal plans to ensure timely and compelling responses Write, edit, and design compelling materials for submission Run color-team reviews with discipline and drive revisions to a higher-quality final deliverable Support capture activities for priority pursuits, including research, competitive analysis, customer call plans, teaming strategy, and win-theme development Requirements Minimum 5 years of work experience in federal proposal and capture management A technical background (education or professional experience with STEM) Working fluency with the federal acquisition environment Advanced cross-functional experience and collaborative ability Expert verbal and written communications Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
