TL;DR
Deploy and integrate AI-first defense logistics platform with strategic public sector accounts.
- •We're looking for a Mission Operations Engineer to join our Field Engineering team and play a foundational role in deploying Navigator, our AI-first defense logistics platform, across our most strategic public sector accounts.
- •You will own the technical relationship with our largest customers and ensure they unlock the full operational value of what we're building.
- •Key Responsibilities Implement end-to-end data integrations, connecting customers' existing logistics and sustainment systems to Navigator and back.
- •Partner with customer engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.
- •Design, develop, and maintain playbooks, internal tooling, and documentation.
- •Debug technical issues impacting delivery and own technical escalations.
- •Be the technical owner of the customer experience throughout the lifecycle of their engagement.
- •Requirements Track record of success in a hybrid customer-facing engineering role.
- •Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar modern languages.
- •Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- •Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both senior executives and front-line engineers.
- •Hold an active clearance or eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
