Engagement Manager to deliver AI/ML solutions and manage customer relationships.
- •We're looking for an Engagement Manager within our Special Projects Team to play a foundational role in enabling our customer base to realize their success and ensure that they become passionate, lifelong partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery and implementation of Gallatin’s technologies to the customer Develop and execute a plan to deliver all project work above expectation and ahead of schedule Manage customer relationship from end users to senior leadership Identify and execute on opportunities to improve delivery motion Lead a cross-functional project team to exceed the customer’s AI/ML objectives Requirements Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance Minimum 6 years of work experience in a customer-facing technical program management role A technical background (education or professional experience with CS, Economics, Statistics, Engineering) Prior experience in logistics or sustainment operations Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
