- •Design the bridge between Utility (Insurance/Safety) and Reward (Incentives/Earnings) to create a frictionless, self-scaling user base for an incentivized Fintech Ecosystem.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end user journey and optimize conversion funnels.
- •Translate complex reward structures into simple, high-impact UI elements.
- •Balance regulation with engagement for a trusted financial tool.
- •Use A/B testing and data to prove design impact on CAC and LTV.
- •Optimize social and referral mechanics for organic growth.
- •Requirements 5+ years in UI/UX Design, with 2+ years in a Senior/Managerial role in Fintech, E-commerce, or Loyalty/Rewards.
- •Understand psychological triggers to drive retention ethically.
- •Experience designing for regulated industries like payments or insurance.
- •Expert proficiency in Figma and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- •Native Indonesian and professional English fluency.
