- •This position focuses on developing expertise in AI research and implementing models and systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop proprietary LLMs specialized for agentic tasks like coding and tool-use.
- •Conduct collaborative research with external institutions to expand FuriosaAI's frontier AI research network.
- •Develop an LLM RL pipeline that utilizes FuriosaAI's NPU for LLM RL post-training, aiming to improve efficiency and enhance LLM post-training capabilities.
- •Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in AI-related fields or possessing research/development experience in related areas.
- •Experience in AI technology development based on major deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- •Willingness to travel abroad without visa restrictions.
