- •As a Collections Executive at Funding Circle, you will provide comprehensive support to SME business owners, assessing their financial situations and proposing solutions.
- •You will manage accounts with a strong focus on cash collection and aged debt clearance, aiming to minimize loan defaults.
- •Key Responsibilities Assess SME financial situations and propose solutions.
- •Manage accounts focusing on cash collection and aged debt clearance.
- •Protect investor returns by minimizing loan defaults.
- •Achieve expected service levels through effective productivity and workload management.
- •Comply with regulatory and FCA guidelines.
- •Requirements Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience in Financial Services.
- •Proven track record of achieving targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
- •Organized with great attention to detail and ability to use multiple systems.
- •Empathetic customer service skills to assist borrowers.
- •Motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- •Proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline tasks.
